I know how hard it can be to find the time to practice (and how expensive yoga can be!) so I’ve tried to create something for you that’s not only affordable, but that you can fit in at a time that works best for you.
What’s inCLUDED?
A library of pre-recorded classes of varying lengths and styles including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga + Pranayama & Meditation.
Each class has a bespoke, carefully created playlist, a detailed description of what you can expect from the class and what props (if any) you might need.
You are free to practice each video as many times as you like (for as long as you like!) within your membership, but most importantly at a time that suits you best!
So whether it’s 15 mins when you’re short of time, or 70 minutes for a bit of extra care, there’s hopefully something that works for everyone.

FREE TASTER CLASS
RISE & SHINE - 15 MINS
Gently ease your way into the day. Staying fairly low to the earth, stretch and wiggle to a place that feels like therapy in your body. This is a lovely practice for first thing in the morning, but can be enjoyed anytime.
